Drain engine coolant into suitable
container. |
2. |
Reposition coolant expansion tank inlet
hose clamp using hose clamp pliers tool No. J-38185, or equivalent. |
3. |
Remove coolant expansion tank inlet
hose from expansion tank, Fig. 1. |
4. |
Remove underhood junction block and
bracket. |
5. |
Lift coolant expansion tank and reposition
expansion tank outlet hose clamp using hose clamp pliers tool No.
J-38185, or equivalent. |
6. |
Remove coolant expansion tank outlet
hose, Fig. 2. |
7. |
Disconnect coolant level sensor electrical
connector, Fig. 3. |
8. |
Remove engine coolant expansion tank
from vehicle. |
9. |
Reverse procedure to install. |
