Chevrolet Cobalt Service & Repair Manual: Compressor Pressure Relief Valve, Replace

1. Evacuate system as outlined under "Refrigerant Recovery" in "General Service" on main menu selection.
2. Remove high pressure relief valve from compressor, Fig. 1.
3. Remove and discard O-ring seal.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Torque valve to 62 inch lbs.
