Chevrolet Cobalt Service & Repair Manual: Air Inlet Grille

Removal

1. Remove hood rear seal from air inlet grille panel to remove it, Fig. 1.
2. Remove wiper arms.
3. Remove push pin fasteners in air inlet grille panel, Fig. 2.
4. Disconnect washer fluid hose.
5. Remove air inlet grille panel from vehicle.
6. Remove washer nozzles from air inlet grille panel, Fig. 3.

Installation

1. Install washer nozzles to air inlet grille panel, Fig. 3.
2. Position air inlet grille panel to vehicle, Fig. 2.
3. Connect washer fluid hose.
4. Install push pin fasteners to air inlet grille panel.
5. Install wiper arms.
6. Install hood rear seal to air inlet grille panel and press it into position, Fig. 1.
