Chevrolet Cobalt Service & Repair Manual / Steering & Suspension / Power Steering System Drain & Refill

1. Remove power steering reservoir and disconnect return hose.
2. Start engine and drain fluid into a suitable container.
3. Install hose and reservoir.
4. Fill reservoir to full line.
5. Start engine and top off reservoir.
6. Turn steering wheel from lock to lock to bleed air from system.
7. Top off fluid, as required.
