Chevrolet Cobalt Service & Repair Manual: Rear Wheelhouse Panel Liner

Removal

1. Release push-pins (1) from wheel liner using a flat-bladed tool, Fig. 1.
2. Remove rear wheel liner nuts (2).
3. Remove rear wheel liner (3).

Installation

1. Position and align wheel liner in wheelhouse opening (3), Fig. 1.
2. Install push pins, ensuring pins are seated completely (1).
3. Install wheel liner nuts (2). Torque to 89 inch lbs.
