1. |
Raise and support vehicle, then remove
tire and wheel assembly. |
2. |
Compress piston into caliper bore using
suitable C-clamp to allow caliper pivot upward from brake pads. |
3. |
Install and tighten two wheel nuts
opposite to retain rotor to hub. |
4. |
Remove guide pin bolts, caliper and
bracket. |
5. |
Mark rotor to wheel studs for installation
alignment and remove rotor. |
6. |
Reverse procedure to install. |

1. |
Raise and support vehicle. |
2. |
Remove tire and wheel assembly. |
3. |
Remove and discard disc brake caliper
bracket bolts.Disc brake caliper bracket bolts must be replaced
any time they are removed. Do not reuse disc brake caliper bracket
bolts. |
4. |
Remove disc brake caliper and bracket
assembly and support with heavy mechanics wire or equivalent. |
5. |
Remove disc brake rotor bolt. |
6. |
Remove disc brake rotor. |
7. |
Reverse procedure to install. |
