Chevrolet Cobalt Service & Repair Manual: Stabilizer Bar Link Kit R&R

Refer to Fig. 1 when performing the following procedure.
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the front tire and wheel assembly.
3. Remove front stabilizer shaft link nut to strut.
4. Remove front stabilizer shaft link nut to bar.
5. Remove front stabilizer shaft link.
6. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
  a. Torque front stabilizer shaft link nut to strut to 48 ft. lbs.
  b. Torque front stabilizer shaft link nut to bar to 59 ft. lbs.
