Chevrolet Cobalt Service & Repair Manual: Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir, Replace

Disconnect washer hose clip at righthand
front fender flange. |
| 2. |
Disconnect washer pump hose from windshield
washer hose at righthand front fender flange. |
| 3. |
Remove righthand front fender liner
as outlined in "Front Fender Liner." |
| 4. |
Disconnect electrical connector from
windshield washer pump. |
| 5. |
Remove windshield washer fluid reservoir
nuts (1), Fig. 1. |
| 6. |
Lower and remove windshield washer
fluid reservoir (2) from righthand front engine rail and access
hole, Fig. 1. |
| 7. |
Open reservoir cap and pour windshield
washer solvent into a suitable clean container. |
| 8. |
Remove windshield washer pump, grommet
and reservoir cap and transfer to new component, as required. |
| 9. |
Reverse procedure to install. |
