Loosen both strut to knuckle nuts just
enough to allow for movement. |
| 2. |
Adjust the camber to specification
by moving the top of the wheel in or out. |
| 3. |
Remove the strut assembly from the
vehicle. |
| 4. |
Install the strut assembly in a soft
jawed vise. |
| 5. |
Using the appropriate tool, enlarge
the inner hole (1) to match the outer hole (2), Fig. 1. |
| 6. |
Install the strut assembly. |
| 7. |
Adjust the camber to specification
by moving the top of the wheel in or out, Fig. 2. |

Torque strut upper mounting
nuts to 15 ft. lbs. |

b. |
Torque strut lower nuts to 89
ft. lbs. |
| |
c. |
Torque stabilizer shaft link
nut to 48 ft. lbs. |
